Current focus:

Adjunct Instructor of Washington University; Educates patients and staff on the bodymind connection of PNI (psychoneuroimmunology), and the use of tools like guided imagery and journaling to help a person 'speak' the language of their body and enhance this innate wisdom, improve sleep, provide palliative support, boost the immune system, reduce fear and depression, deepen one's 'will to live,' and reduce stress overall.

Founder of Healing Images™; Training is provided for professionals and individuals so that they can become certified to teach others about the use of guided imagery and the power of the bodymind for some of the chronic health issues like cancer, pain, & weight loss, anxiety, depression, and overall stress management. These workshops are already being provided to patients at major hospitals in the greater St. Louis area.

 

Founder of ONE Health Publishing, LLC; for the furthering the work by authors who are knowledgeable in the field of integrative and holistic health, supporting complementary and alternative tools that tap into the inner wisdom we all hold.


Founder of ONE Health Institute, a nonprofit organization; for the furthering of education through the use of exciting new media technologies, that will present the latest science of empowering tools for the "whole" person to everyone, independent of patentable or profit-driven findings.

St. Louis Cancer Foundation Board Member; Organization's purpose is to develop and fund emotional support groups and integrative medicine services as well as underwrite research on the value of complementary medicine.


Scientific research; currently involved in research on the combined effects of guided imagery & journaling on cognitive function during cancer treatment and other health issues.
